About 40 years ago, I was introduced to the writings of Tuesday Lobsang Rampa, a Tibetan Buddhist. That was the start of my relationship with the spirit world. From there I discovered Yoga, both Hatha and meditation. Over the years, my interests have turned toward a chanting sect of Buddhism, medium work, trance channeling, astral travel and native drumming circles, all of which I still practice. I am writing a book about my astral travel experiences called WELCOME TO THE SPIRIT WORLD.
